Thanksgiving Idea #4: Make Pre-Decisions

MINDSET TIP: PRE-DECIDE HOW TO ACT BEFORE A GATHERING

As a lifecoach, I learn, teach, and talk a great deal about mindset. It determines our actions – for better or worse.

Our thoughts lead to what we say, what we do, and how we act.

Before you head into the Thanksgiving gathering, set your intention on how you want to show up. If you want to be a person of positivity, joy, and patience, PRE-DECIDE that. What words will you speak? How will you approach others accordingly?

If someone triggers you who will be there, how do you want to respond to that person? PRE-DECIDE! Ie. I will speak a kind word and walk into another room.
