On Sunday our family got together for a mini family Hootenanny. I was reminded, once again, of the happiness and celebration this event brings to our lives in the fall. It’s just SO MUCH DANG FUN! Even when the group is smaller and even when there is COVID.

A couple of years ago I put together all of the winning recipes I could get and find in a cookbook for a family Christmas gift. It was a labor of love trying to compile and track down all of the recipes for sure! I’m so happy with the final product.

In the Hootenanny Spirit – this is available to YOU!

In the Hootenanny spirit of wanting to bring some JOY during this crazy, tumultuous year, I wanted to make this cookbook available to all of you!

The cost is simply the cost of printing the book through Heritage Cookbooks. I suppose I could have found a cheaper option, but that is who I originally printed though and I would have to re-do everything and re-create the entire book if I went through someone else.

The book is on a spiral so you can lay it flat. The adult winning recipes, and the kids contest recipes are included as well.

It is a true keepsake of our Hootenanny days! It would make a fun Christmas gift.

I’m not sure how long it will take them to print, but hopefully you would have the book in your hand in early November. I will mail them out as soon as I have them in hand.
