People are always impressed when the homemade hummus is brought to the snack table, even though it is one of the easiest foods to make. Just dump everything into the blender and voila! It doesn’t even compare to the store-bought. It is SO MUCH BETTER. I’ve talked about my best childhood friend, Katie, before. Her mom, Geri, is the woman who inspired my love of the table. This is their hummus recipe and it has the perfect balance of all of the ingredients.
