Good For You Dutch Baby Recipe

May 1, 2020

Do you love Dutch Baby pancakes but don’t love the empty calories and sugar that fill them? Me too! Enter…. the good for you, healthy version!

Every morning I have the time I make these to fuel my body for the day. They are gluten free, sugar-free, and protein packed. It takes me about five minutes to whip them up and get them in the oven to bake.

If you are on an eating program such as Trim Healthy Mama, The Faster Way to Weight Loss, or another nutritional regimen, these will fit for you!

Dutch Baby pancakes are traditionally served with fresh lemon juice and powdered sugar on top. You don’t have to skip this part – in fact, this makes the recipe! Get yourself some Swerve brand powdered sugar (a healthy zero sugar substitute), cut some fresh lemon wedges, and go crazy!

You can feel 100% good with no guilt eating Dutch Baby pancakes using this version – and your body will thank you!

Remove from the oven and cut into triangles.

Top with fresh squeezed lemon juice and Swerve powdered sugar.
