Bedside Table Hospitality

One of the small things I do when guests come to town is I put a small vase of flowers on the bedside table with a bottle of water and a note.  If I have a picture of the guests, I will also put a picture frame with them in it.

Today let’s show that same kindness to our family.  How special for them to come into their room and see a small display of love for just them.  It says, you are valuable enough for me to go to this extra effort – to go beyond the ordinary.  I bring you flowers because you are worth it.  No special occasion.
