Mindset is invisible yet clearly visible in our actions, decisions, and beliefs. Our successes and our level of happiness can be traced back to our mindset.
Whether we recognize it or not, all of life flows from our thinking. So if we want to change our life, we have to change our mindset.
The old adage from Proverbs 23:7 is true: “so a man thinks, so is he.” or put another way, what you think, you become.
Every day we put on a pair of mindset glasses, and this determines how we see the world. If we see through negative, victim lenses, we will speak disparagingly about others, and complain about the lack in our lives. We will lament that the world has not been fair to us.
If we put on positive, powerful glasses, we will count and name the good we see in the world and others, and we will confidently rise to the tasks given to us at home and at work. We will recognize that life is a gift and there is growth and opportunity around every corner.
Our beliefs and thoughts are a direct result of the narrative we are repeating in our minds.
Whether personally or professionally, if we want to succeed in life, we have to learn to master our mindset.
MASTERING YOUR MINDSET
Mindset is a journey, not a destination. We have to work on our mindset every single day. It’s a discipline we have to practice over and over again.
I have a new 7 day mindset podcast challenge called MASTER YOUR MINDSET.
If you find yourself struggling with your thoughts, repeating negative thinking patterns, or dwelling on harmful narratives, this is for you!
Every day in the challenge I give you a new mindset principle that you can apply immediately.
Change your mindset and you’ll change your life, friend!
