We are trying to become a family who eats a lot of fish. It doesn’t come super naturally, but I’m trying! Recipes like these make it easier. What I like about this one is that it is fast and simple, using ingredients that I always have on hand. You can use this sauce for chicken as well.
Any white fish will do, though halibut is especially tasty. Grill this up on a summer night, add rice, and you have a delicious meal to eat under the stars on the patio.

Great balance of flavors. I did cut the soy sauce back and added a little bit more lemon juice
Nice adjustments! Glad you liked it 🙂
