1 1/2 lb. halibut steaks or other white fish fillets
Combine the brown sugar, garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, and butter in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the sugar dissolves, stirring constantly. Brush the mixture on the halibut, coating both sides.
Grill the halibut over medium heat for 4 min. per side or until opaque in center.
