Pumpkin Poke Cake

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 15 oz. pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin spice
  • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 bag Heath bits
  • Caramel Sauce

Instructions

  1. Stir together the cake mix, pumpkin, and spices.
  2. Speed evenly into a 9×13 greased and floured pan.
  3. Bake at 350 for 30 min.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool.
  5. Poke holes in the cake with the handle of a wooden spoon.
  6. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the cake and fill the holes.
  7. Chill until cold.
  8. Put whipped cream on top and sprinkle with Heath bits. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
  9. Chill for 3-4 hours and serve!
