Brown the meat in a large saucepan. Drain and set aside. Brown onion in the same pan using a little olive oil. Add garlic after about 8-10 min. Sauté for 1 min. Add the rest of the ingredients (except the parmesan) and simmer for 2 hours. When done, add 1 cup parmesan to the mixture. Stir. Serve over spaghetti and sprinkle with rest of the parmesan.
