3 tsp. Truvia sweetener (or other sugar free sweetener of choice)
2 stalks mint leaves (de-stemmed)
Toppings:
1/2 cup homemade granola (with no sugar – see my previous post)
1/2 cup fresh blueberries
1/4 cup goji berries
Instructions
Blend the acai, Greek yogurt, frozen berries, sweetener, and mint in a blender. The consistency should be thick (not like a smoothie). You may need to add more berries, or ice to make it thicker depending on your blender.
Pour the mixture into a bowl. Top with the fresh blueberries, goji berries, and homemade granola.
