1 Package Brownie Mix
1 Package Instant Chocolate Pudding
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Containers Frozen Whipped Topping
1 Package Oreos
1/2 Cup Water
Toppers:
1 Package Peeps
1 Package Chocolate Eggs
1 Package Chocolate Carrots
1 Package Edible Grass
Canning jars or other glass dishes
In a bowl combine the pudding mix, water, and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well. Fold in 1 carton whipped topping until no streaks remain. Put in the refrigerator.
Make brownies according to package. Cool and cut into squares.
Crush Oreos using a rolling pin (in a ZipLock) or using a food processor.
To Assemble:
Alternate layers in the jars, beginning with the brownie mix at the bottom, followed by the pudding mixture, then the whipped topping, then the crushed Oreos. Repeat. End with the whipped topping on top.
Decorate the top using the crushed Oreo as “dirt,” Peeps, chocolate eggs, chocolate carrots, and edible grass.
*I often double this recipe and make many jars. It keeps well in the refrigerator and can be made ahead of time.
