Grilled Brown Sugar-Paprika Salmon

No one has ever NOT asked me for this recipe after eating this salmon.  EVER.  That is why it gets the most requested award!  Simple and delicious!!!

Grilled Brown Sugar-Paprika Salmon


  • 1 Salmon Fillet
  • 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp.Kosher Salt


  1. Mix the brown sugar, paprika, and salt together. Place fillet skin side down on a work surface and rub the meat with the brown sugar, paprika, and salt mixture. Let stand for 30 min. Drizzle with the lemon and butter.
  2. Place skin side down heavy duty foil on a grill rack. Grill until the fillet is opaque.
  3. Serving size: 4-6
